GENE FLUCKEY is the most highly decorated US Navy submariner ever in history.  He was Skipper of USS BARB, known as the "Galloping Ghost of the China Coast".  During one patrol, he put eight men ashore on the Japanese Home Islands to blow up a troop train.  This event was captured in a painting by Rainer Hanxleden.  1,000 FULL COLOR prints were made from this painting and each print is HAND-SIGNED by RADM Eugene Fluckey.
