Good Day All- It’s 31 July 2004

The Razorback spent the night in her new harness—not sure what she must be thinking—but all appears to be going very well. She will have plenty of time to grow accustomed to her temporary status before the upriver is begun, which should be Sunday afternoon. Mayor Hays, Shane Foraker and some other SubVets will join the Jantran Team on the journey. Seems the Mayor feels that since he began this journey on her deck, it’s only right that he finishes it on her deck. What a trip it has been!

She will be temporarily held at a private facility for prep work for the grand Homecoming event which will be announced very soon. Everyone will have plenty of time to make travel plans. We want things to be just right—that’s the way we are, and the way it should be for such a grand “Ole Gal”.

We will try to keep you as updated as possible on this last portion of the adventure we all have been part of. Our website will be updated and 501-340-5309 will be constantly updated with new information throughout the next several days. Thanks again for your continued interest.
