Submarine Officers Selected for Rear Admiral (O-8)

The following Submariner Officers have been selected for  Rear Admiral (O-8):

Naval Reserve Rear Adm. James E. Beebe has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral while serving as commander, Naval Reserve Readiness Command, Northwest, Everett, Wash.

Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Jeffrey B. Cassias (SS) has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral.  Cassias is currently serving as commander, Submarine Group TEN, Kings Bay, Ga.

Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) David A. Gove (SS) has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral.  Gove is currently serving as deputy director for Global Operations, J3, Joint Staff, Washington, D.C.

Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Paul S. Stanley (SS) has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral.  Stanley is currently serving as commander, Submarine Group EIGHT/commander, Allied Submarines, Mediterranean, Naples, Italy.

Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Miles B. Wachendorf (SS) has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral.  Wachendorf is currently serving as defense attache Russia, Defense Intelligence Agency, Moscow, Russia.
