Flag Officer Assignments - Submariners

From the Naval Submarine League Update 02-12-02

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced the following flag officer assignments:

Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) John J. Donnelly is being assigned as commander, Submarine Group Seven, Yokosuka, Japan. Donnelly is currently serving as director, Combat Operations Staff, U.S. Strategic Command, Omaha, Neb.

Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Michael C. Tracy is being assigned as director, Submarine Warfare Division, N77, Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C. Tracy is currently serving as commander, Navy Region Northeast, and commander, Submarine Group Two, Groton, Conn.
