2004 Aloha Chapter Naval Submarine League Annual Warfighting Awards

World War II submarine veteran and Navy Cross recipient Capt. Charles Rush (Ret) presents Lt. j.g. Matthew G. Ulman, USS Columbus (SSN 762), with the Capt. Charles Rush Award.

Capt. William Toti, Commander Submarine Squadron Three, accepted the 2003 TM2(SS) Henry Breault Award on behalf of Electrician�s Mate 1st Class Jeremy Verstrat.

Cmdr. Mark Waller, Naval Submarine Support Command, accepted the EMC(SS) John Rendernick Award on behalf of Submarine Squadron One's Chief Fire Control Technician Sammie Green.

Electrician's Mate Chief Matthew Cole, USS Louisville (SSN 724) also received the Rendernick Award.

Sonar Technician 1st Class Gregory Epidendio of USS Olympia also received the Breault Award. 

 The awards were presented during the 2004 Aloha Chapter Naval Submarine League Annual Warfighting Awards ceremony April 15 at Lockwood Hall onboard Pearl Harbor Naval Station.
