Iran Action
Alert
[ November 16, 2006 ]
Dear James ,
|
Help
prevent a nuclear Iran.
Send a letter to the editor of your local
newspapers today about the threat of a nuclear Iran. We
don’t have much time.
 |
We know there have been a lot of TIP emails sent
in the last two weeks -- and we apologize if there were more
than you had expected when you signed up to receive
communications from us. However, we felt with PM Olmert coming
to visit President Bush and the General Assembly in Los Angeles,
it was important that supporters of Israel know what was
happening. We appreciate your understanding.
As PM Olmert said when he
talked with the President, Iran is a critical problem, not only
for Israel, but for the entire world. You can help reinforce
that message by sending letters to the editor of your local
newspapers.
Last
month you were one of our activists who helped to send over
3,000 letters from this site. This month, we hope to double
number! Please send another letter this month.
We've redesigned the letter submission tool to
make it easier to use.
Click here then enter your zip code to begin using our new
letter-to-the-editor tool.
We've provided facts about Iran to make your
letters both easier to write and more effective. Please feel
free to put the facts in your own words.
Send a letter to the editor of your local
newspaper now!
The world needs to understand the threat which
Iran represents. No one knows for sure when Iran will have the
technology and know-how to develop nuclear weapons, but
intelligence sources estimate that it could be only a year away.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is
meeting in Vienna this Thanksgiving to discuss Iran and the
nuclear threat it poses to the entire world.
Please help use the newspapers in your area to
educate your friends. We may not have much time.
Sincerely,

Jennifer Laszlo Mizrahi
