Since 1997 the climate has been COOLING. In the period 1900 to 1996 the global
warming consisted of a 1 degree increase in world temperatures.
Here’s what the graph shows if you input the years 1997-2010:
Good heavens! Since 1997 the planet (or at least the U.S. portion of it) has been cooling! Just like Murphy said in his column. And this cooling is not just a 2009 phenomenon.
If you input 1996-2010, the temperature is flat-lined, so the cooling started at least in 1997 in the U.S., and almost certainly everywhere else as well. And, the later you put the end date, the more pronounced is the downward, cooling slant of the temperature line. CO2 is only 3.6 percent of all gases in the earths atmosphere. Man's input is
but .26 percent of that 3.6 percent through industry, breathing and all.
Over 97% of all greenhouse gases are natural and there is nothing we can do about them. For example, India's population of one billion people produces more carbon dioxide just by breathing than is produced by all the coal-burning power plants in the United States. For example, if the Texas Superdome were
filled with 10,000 white balloons, only 360 yellow balloons would indicate the
CO2 in the atmosphere. 26 blue balloons would be the impact to Man's input
industry, breathing and all.

When solar cycles warm the oceans and lakes, they
outgas CO2 into the atmosphere. When solar cycles cool the oceans and lakes,

Bogs and swamps outgas very much CO2, more that mankind ever could do.
Please note that
volcanos produce
more carbon dioxide than all the activities of man. So even if all industrial
activity is outlawed (in order to "save the earth"), the volcanos will still
keep pumping CO2 into the atmosphere, and the air will remain just as it is.

Even if the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe went back to the stone ages by
destruction of the industrial processes now, in the next 100 years the world
climate would decrease by only 1 degree!
USA crops can help feed the poor in the third world nations. More CO2 means
crops grow faster with less water. Global Warming control will destroy the crop
growth in the USA - no more food for the poor in the third world.
The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC or FCCC) is an

Environment and Development (UNCED), informally known as the Earth Summit, held
in Rio de Janeiro from June 3 to 14, 1992.
The objective of the treaty is to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the

The treaty itself set no mandatory limits on greenhouse gas emissions for
individual countries and contains no enforcement mechanisms. In that sense, the

principal update is the Kyoto Protocol, which has become much better known than
the UNFCCC itself.
The UNFCCC was opened for signature on May 9, 1992, after an Intergovernmental
Negotiating Committee produced the text of the Framework Convention as a report
following its meeting in New York from April 30 to May 9, 1992. It entered into
force on March 21, 1994. As of May 2011, UNFCCC has 194 parties.
One of its first tasks was to establish national greenhouse gas inventories of
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and removals, which were used to create the 1990
benchmark levels for accession of Annex I countries to the Kyoto Protocol and
for the commitment of those countries to GHG reductions. Updated inventories
must be regularly submitted by Annex I countries.
The UNFCCC is also the name of the United Nations Secretariat charged with
supporting the operation of the Convention, with offices in Haus Carstanjen,
Bonn, Germany. From 2006 to 2010 the head of the secretariat was Yvo de Boer; on
May 17, 2010 his successor, Christiana Figueres from Costa Rica has been named.
The Secretariat, augmented through the parallel efforts of the Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), aims to gain consensus through meetings and the
discussion of various strategies.
The parties to the convention have met annually from 1995 in Conferences of the
Parties (COP) to assess progress in dealing with climate change. In 1997, the
Kyoto Protocol was concluded and established legally binding obligations for

They decided that they could foster the New World Order by destroying Western
Industry. They decided that all human life would better be dead in the world.
So they decided that the human population should be no more than I billion
people. So, they support taking down the 7 billion people down to 1 billion
people through global warming control caused starvation and through genocide.
