The assistant manager told me that he didn't have one but could order
but it would take 6 to 8 months to get it in, because gun sales, since
the election, are up 350%, mostly to white men and women for self
difence and home protection. Why?
First ask yourself this: why
were YOU seeking to purchase a firearm? I'm sure you didn't just go to
buy your 9mm revolver so you could look at it and admire its
construction and engineering attributes. Why did YOU decide you needed a
weapon?
First, I don't believe I made
any statement that would lead a reasonable person to conclude or ASSUME
I was, or am, advocating shooting Obama. If you feel that was my
purpose, please point out specifically where you got this notion from if
you would be so kind.
I own many weapons, some are
for hunting, some are for fun, others are specifically for home or self
defense. You ask why are gun sales up so dramatically? I'm sure there
are many reasons but the one I hear most often is that gun owners fear
that Obama, based on his scanty voting record and self proclaimed
positions, may move to try to outlaw private ownership of firearms in
violation of our Constitutionally guaranteed rights to own and use
them.
Secondly, my ownership of
weapons which is warranted by the second amendment right assures that a
hostile or tyrannical government will respect my other rights such as
freedom of speech and religion, freedom from unjustified arrest, or
freedom to live my life in the manner which I as an American so choose ,
and if that government will NOT respect these rights I have an
altenative and right to defend myself and my nation by force of arms if
necessary.
They believe some red necks from the southern states will harm Mr. Obama
and people of color will riot as they did in Newark and Compto.
Rednecks from southern
states? I thought the rednecks were all in Pennsylvania, at least that
was the statement made by the democratic camp pre election. Did they all
move since November? You make this statement based on...what? Did you
interview any rednecks? Did you interview any "people of color in Newark
and Compto? My guess here is the statement "sounded good" so you tossed
it in for dramatic effect, and that's okay as long as you don't present
it as a logical and valid statement, see...YOUR guess is equal to MY
guess, therefore, we're even on guesses. Please, continue.
Another theory I've heard is that Al Qiada or other Islamo-facists
will kill him so the people of color will erupt into riots and killing
white people in this Country and they will come in and over throw our
government.
Again with the people of color? Which color? Do the only
rioters around have to be people of color? Prior to 1776 the British
crown called the American colonists who would no longer bow down to
distant rule and taxation without representation: RIOTERS. Colonists, at
that time came in assorted colors: white, black, red, brown only we
didn't call ourselves RIOTERS we called ourselves PATRIOTS and
REVOLUTIONARIES.
Al Qaeda may well try to kill him, they
try to kill ALL non muslim infidels. In Obama's case they may even have
a personal reason to kill him, all indications are that he was raised as
a Muslim and anyone who abandons the Muslim faith is ordered to be
killed under a fatwah issued by an IMAM and approved by the holy Quran
that rules their lives.
So in this scenario you put forth, the
"people of color" would riot, kill white people and then the jihadists
would come in and overthrow our government? Fanciful notion, for a
Hollywood script perhaps but unreal in application for too many reasons
to list, not the least of which is that Americans come in more colors
than white and there are many many brown, red, and black American who
would stand against such an invasion and stomp a mudhole through these
invading muhajadeen killers. I would also point out that just because
someone WANTS to riot and kill white people does NOT mean that white
people would stand still and allow themselves to be killed without
shooting back.
Consider this: I myself am ex military
and a combat veteran and believe me when I tell you I would fight back
and I would waste these aforementioned Al Qaeda invaders massively, in
an ugly manner, and effectively. When the smoke cleared, IF I were dead,
I would be found in a circle of dead muslim terrorist fighters, out of
ammo in all my assault rifles and pistols, the rifle stock broken over
one's head, the seperate pieces rammed forceably up the fundaments of
two of them and my teeth locked on the throat of the last one I could
reach.
I AM a trained warrior and
an American Patriot and I'm not easily frightened nor afraid to die to
defend my nation and family. I've endured hostile gunfire before and do
not fear it now. There are worse things than dying my friend, living
under tyranny and slavery to the state is far worse than dying. I have
fought side by side with Americans: black ones, white ones, brown ones,
red ones, yellow ones, and you know what? They are ALL AMERICANS FIRST.
It never mattered to me what color the pilot of my helicopter was nor
what color the other doorgunner was, it only mattered that they did
their job just like I did mine, and I was very good at my job, elsewise
I would not have survived and we would not be having this discussion
now, would we?
In my lifetime of work both in
the private sector and in the military I supervised and was supervised
by black men and women as well as white, brown, red, yellow. Isn't
America amazing and diverse and strong? It's BECAUSE this can happen
without regard to color. THAT is what makes America great. People of
color were never an issue; there was BOSS and EMPLOYEE, SERGEANTS and
PRIVATES, OFFICERS WHO ISSUED ORDERS and THOSE WHO CARRIED THEM OUT. The
only color that was important to me was the color of my paycheck and the
color of the flying tracers in combat. You are correct in saying that
the Americans are no different than you, nor are they different from ME.
Let's cut to the chase, from the
tone of your missive I conclude that you think my opinon is wrong and
that I am some kind of southern redneck eager to shoot Obama and I
suppress black people by stating that Obama is a mistake and unfit to
lead us. Well, buckle your seat strap amigo this is going to be a bumpy
ride if you believe that.
I did not, would not, vote for
Obama BECAUSE HE STANDS FOR MARXIST AND COMMUNISTIC PROGRAMS THAT WOULD
SEEK TO "SPREAD MY WEALTH" AND TAX MY BUSINESS AND INCOME TO GIVE IT TO
CAUSES WHICH SEEK TO DESTROY EVERY RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE WHICH I AND
OTHERS HAVE EARNED BY THE SWEAT OF OUR BROWS AND THE BLOOD OF OUR
SACRIFICES. What part of 'IT'S MINE I EARNED IT AND WILL KEEP IT don't
you understand or makes you upset? I wouldn't care if he were scotch
plaid or green as grass, he's a MISTAKE and the WRONG person NOT WRONG
COLOR PERSON, WRONG PERSON to lead me and my nation.
Furthermore, I will resist him
and his policies in every way I can because I have the right to disagree
and confront the people elected to office,that's an American right and
it will never be taken from me, by Obama, or anyone else as long as I
can draw breath and aim my guns if needed. I will NOT passively accept
communist manifestos and ideology to be shoved down my throat, not
without a fight.
Does any of this register with
you? Do you understand where I'm coming from? Do you get my drift
pilgrim? I certainly hope so because if you assume this marxist-muslim
mutant with airfoil ears is going to unite me, re-educate me,
incarcerate me, diminish me, or rob me of my freedom in the name of
racism or the good of the world, YOU have another think coming.
